Hizb-ul-Mujahideen (HM) is one of the largest terrorist groups operating in Jammu and Kashmir. The group has been proscribed under the Prevention of Terrorism Act, 2002. HM's goal is to separate Kashmir from India and integrate it with Pakistan.
