Richard Belzer

Richard Jay Belzer (August 4, 1944 – February 19, 2023) was an American actor, stand-up comedian, and author. He was best known for his role as BPD Detective John Munch across a number of NBC crime dramas, including "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit".
