A Very Tough Situation For Imran Khan From Justice Amir and IHC

Imran Khan is facing a tough situation from the Islamabad High Court (IHC) regarding a petition seeking his disqualification for concealing assets. However, in October 2022, the IHC chief justice stated that Imran Khan would not face any problems while contesting in an upcoming by-election.

In another case, the IHC dismissed a contempt case against Imran Khan in October 2022. Recently, on March 1st, 2023, the IHC demanded all relevant documents related to Imran Khan's disqualification case and asked about the situation if he was not a member of the National Assembly.
